Our Commitment to Quality and Your Future

At Australian Leap College, we are dedicated to delivering high-quality, national recognised education in line with Australia’s stringent regulatory benchmarks, including:

  1. Standards for Registered Training Organisations (RTOs) is the foundational set of standards that all RTOs must comply with to maintain their registration. It outlines the requirements for training and assessment, student support, governance, and management practices.

Important Note: New Standards for RTOs 2025 are coming into full regulatory effect from 1 July 2025. The information about the revised standards on the Australian Government Department of Employment and Workplace Relations website:

  1. The National Code of Practice for Providers of Education and Training to Overseas Students (National Code) is specifically for RTOs that are registered to deliver courses to international students on student visas (i.e., listed on the Commonwealth Register of Institutions and Courses for Overseas Students – CRICOS). It sets nationally consistent standards for the protection of international students and the delivery of courses to them.
  1. Education Services for Overseas Students (ESOS) Act 2000: The National Code 2018 is a legislative instrument made under the ESOS Act. The ESOS Act provides the overarching legal framework for the education and training of overseas students in Australia.
  1. Australian Qualifications Framework (AQF) is the national policy for regulated qualifications in Australian education and training. RTOs must ensure their courses align with the AQF levels.
  1. National Vocational Education and Training Regulator Act 2011 (NVETR Act) established the Australian Skills Quality Authority (ASQA) as the national regulator for the VET sector. It provides the legal basis for ASQA’s functions and powers.
