How to Apply

At Australian Leap College, you can begin your application process with ease, whether you’re in Australia or overseas. Choose one of the following methods to apply:

To ensure your application is assessed promptly, you must submit original or certified copies of the required documents along with your completed application form.

Required Documents

Please include the following with your application:

  • Proof of identification, such as a passport or driver’s license
  • Certified copies of previous qualifications, including certificates and academic transcripts
  • Work experience certificate(s), including the name, address, and contact details of the issuing organisation or individual
  • Original or certified copy of English proficiency test results, such as IELTS or equivalent
  • Certified translations of any non-English documents by a NAATI-accredited translator

What Happens Next?

Once your application is complete, the enrolment process proceeds as follows:

  • Receive Your Letter of Offer

If your application is successful, we will issue you a Letter of Offer within five working days.

  • Make Payment

Pay the tuition fees as specified in your Letter of Offer.

  • Confirmation of Enrolment (CoE)

Upon receiving your payment, we will issue an Electronic Confirmation of Enrolment (eCoE)—a requirement for your student visa application.

  • Visa and Arrival

Once your student visa is granted, please notify us of your arrival details if you would like to request airport pickup.

  • Enrolment and Orientation

Arrive on time at the college for your enrolment and orientation session, where we’ll help you get started with confidence.
